| Why do my files start with an underscore (_)? |

On FAT formatted drives such as Camera Cards and USB drives, or drives on Windows 98, 98SE and ME systems, the first character of the file name may be replaced with an underscore (_) as Windows removes the first character to indicate the file is deleted.
You may recover the file and rename the file back to its original name after recovery. |
